shuffle...

i am a big believer in the shuffle function on my ipod... i have SO much shit on there- it would be almost impossible to hear it all... you inevitably always pick the stuff you know the best to listen to... so for the most part, unless i want to hear something really specific- mine stays on shuffle... there is one song that it always seems to land on at the most perfect moment, sun shining, feeling great... its at this time when i stop to think that either my ipod has a 6th sense... or there is some sort of musical divine intervention that is occurring... Sly and the Family Stone, Hot Fun in the Summertime - i dare shuffle to play this when it isnt gorgeous out...
