fries... ah- i tricked you! i'm not ready to talk about disco yet- but this post is actually for two disco loving dudes- my brunch buds, ben & cole... now, my high school friends might get a little jealous... after all, we spent a crazy amount of time chilling at the eagle rock diner eating what we referred to as, 'french fries, mozzarella (mootzadel to mandi) & gravy'. but in the last days of disco (time in williamsburg before the move west) me and the boys partook in this gluttonous delicacy a couple of times... i have this sneaking suspicion that there isn't much consumption of this diner masterpiece in LA... i kind of get the feeling that i may turn to sweet potato fries with soy cheese and vegan 'gravy' ... YUM
