olivia newton john has had so many incredible looks over the years. this is not one of them... but since my first look of the day was head to toe denim- i figured i would keep the theme going...
i'm on a newton john kick today- i think because two notable movies were filmed here in venice... 1/ Grease 2/ Xanadu
i actually drove by rydell high today and had an uncontrollable urge to sing the opening song "We take the pressure and we throw away Conventionality belongs to yesterday"... yeah- im a dork.
and since i have confessed this openly (although im sure you already got that from my joey lawrence thing) here is a song to go along with this tale:
as a young pre-teen in day camp we had a talent show... what was my talent you may ask? it was a dance routine to physical... by myself, leotard and all... my parents let me stand there with my purple sweatbands snapping my fingers with my little budding non-breasts. how did they allow this? im not really that scarred by it- but the pictures are pretty cringe worthy. luckily- those photo albums are far far away in new jersey where they will never be scanned!!!
